Hi and Welcome to my website! My Name is Sebastian Ciaffaglione and I’m an illustrator who lives and works out of Melbourne, Australia. I studied illustration and design at NMIT in Preston where I was taught many valuable lessons which influence me greatly, even today. I was trained in the use of traditional media like acrylics and oil paints, and I have applied these methods to the digital medium. I would consider myself a digital artist these days, simply because I can get the same effect as traditional mediums, but I am able to work much faster. Delivery of work to my clients is also much more convenient as a digital artist.

My Favourite sort of illustrations are where the highest level of technical abilities meet with elegance and innovation. A short list of my influences would be people like James Jean, Dave Mckeen, Ashley Wood, Eric Fortune and Justin Sweet, as well as many, many more.

I’ve been lucky enough to work with clients both nationally and internationally, and I am always looking forward to new challenges and opportunities to master the craft.
